How long does it take?  A great question...All of our products are made to order.  There is no massive stock inventory of finished products ready to be shipped at a moments notice.  With more than 4,000 different products manufacturered- it would cost a fortune to keep a large finished goods inventory of everything...let alone trying to guess what customers from around the globe will want in any given week or month.    So, to keep costs as low as possible, and to maximize efficiency, we make what is needed, when it is needed.  Just like at a restaurant, we make it when you order it.   This keeps us on the cutting edge of demand and allows us to have a very personal relationship with our customers.

Current order volume, December 2011, has production time at 21+ days from order to ship date.  Thank your for your patience.  Custom orders are taking a little longer than that.  Custom orders normally take three weeks and are now closer to 28 days.   We are committed to creating custom products because it is what our customers demand and we do it better than anyone else in the world.
